Wayne Morgan Caverly is the founder and President of Caverly Pharmacy Solutions. An industry professional with more than 30 years of experience in pharmacy automation, design, and re-engineering, Wayne has been on the forefront of these fields since 1984 when he joined Planipharm / The Activators limited.  Following this Wayne was instrumental in forming one of Canada’s first pharmacy technology firms: BakerAPS Canada (now McKesson APS).

Through his designs, technology recommendations, articles and seminars, Wayne pursues the goal of helping pharmacists obtain maximum financial and operational performance.

Wayne is a supporting member of the Canadian Pharmacists' Association, American Pharmaceutical Association, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the Retail Design Institute and is the pharmacy technology and pharmacy design expert for the The Canadian Healthcare Network.

Wayne has contributed to 2 textbooks and has written more than 40 articles on pharmacy automation and design. He is also an internationally recognized speaker, having presented in 5 countries to groups including the Canadian Pharmacists' Association, American Pharmaceutical Association, NACDS, The Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada (formerly CACDS), the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and many Provincial and State pharmacy associations.
