Dispensing software program to incorporate Ateb Canada’s Time My Meds platform.

Two software companies are partnering to make medication synchronization simpler for Canadian pharmacies.

Kroll will now integrate Ateb Canada’s Time My Meds solution within its dispensing and patient profile program.

It uses predictive analytics and data integration to help pharmacies harmonize patients’ prescriptions.

The companies have a long history together, with Kroll having integrated Ateb’s IVR system for about 20 years. They saw another fit with Time My Meds.

So how do you choose the right automation for your pharmacy?

Are there cookie cutter standards for choosing automation, or for the size your pharmacy should be, based on the number of prescriptions you fill?

In my 32 years designing and automating pharmacies I’ve gotten these questions many times. “I fill 300 Rx/day. Should I get a counting machine”? “I fill 400 Rx/day. What size dispensary do I need”?

I’d love to give an easy answer, but unfortunately “every pharmacy is a snowflake”.
